Terms

To be completed before launch. The seller's legal name, address and business registration number are needed here, and this text should be read by someone qualified in the seller's jurisdiction. Everything below describes how the shop actually works and is a starting point, not legal advice.

Who you are buying from

[SELLER NAME], [ADDRESS], business ID [ID NUMBER], contact [EMAIL]. Not a VAT payer. / VAT number [VAT ID]. — delete whichever does not apply.

What is on offer

Each listing is one specific used object. Quantity is one, photographs are of the actual item, and the description states its condition including defects. A listing is an offer to sell that object at the stated price; the contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by email.

Prices are in euros and include no VAT unless stated. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before payment.

Payment

PayPal or bank transfer. An order paid by bank transfer holds the item for 72 hours; if payment has not arrived by then the order is cancelled and the item returns to the shop. PayPal orders that are abandoned are released after two hours.

Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer buying at distance may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, and return them at their own cost. The purchase price is refunded within 14 days of the goods being returned. Goods must come back in the condition they were sent.

Complaints

If an item is materially different from its description, or arrives damaged, contact [EMAIL] with photographs. Used goods are sold with their described wear; that wear is not a defect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their own country of residence.
